 Our company the SOPROTIC is a company specialized in the work to manner situated in the beltway of Tunis , we work exclusively with European manufacturers. Our capacity of production is 2000 pairs/days distributed on 4 lines . Our personnel is highly experimented in the manufacture of the different articles as well as laced by hand .

We have a high level technical staff.

Our machine park is composed  of a large range of machines being able to reply to different demands of orders .

IMPLAMTATION:
Situated in the locality of Den Den it is at  :

  • 10 minutes of the City Center .
  • 15 minutes of the International airport of Tunis Carthage .
  • 30 minutes of the port of Roadsteads , where embark and disembark SHOOTING RO-RO .

STAFF:

  • 4 Top management .
  • 10 technical framed Agents.
  • 170 Agents of execution.

WORKSHOPS :
The surface of production is 2500m2 distributed as :

  • Raw material Storage.

  • Workshops of Cutting.

  • Workshops of Preparation.

  • Workshops of Piquage.

  • Setting and Finishing workshop.

  •  Storage of finished Product.

An extension is anticipated to carry the surface of production to 3500 m2.

EQUIPMENT :

The SOPROTIC has a large range of equipment being able to reply to different demands of orders.
The park is constituted by machines :

Cutting : Semi-automatic and Automatic Machines ray infra red and has pulsation.

Piquage : all type of sewing machines , Zig Zag, Pillar 1 Needle and 2 Needles, Dish, all are equipped by engine with positioning.

Annex Machines :

A very large range of machines including all the necessaries for the production
Galbage, Boils pose ,Carnation pose, Filling, Crushing, reinforcement pose…..

THE SETTING :

We have an effective equipment allowing to execute an excellent
work and to have a very good finished product.

Our product range is situated in the high level of the average range.

We have a method service with a high frame level Personnel following the clients’ orders and outputs, technical suggestions and providing information about consumption and production.
